With obesity on the rise and the increasing challenges of encouraging young people to get active, our good friends over at upmysport have teamed up with UK Sport to provide an initiative to tackle just that. The initiative aims to inspire young people from all walks of life to get out there with their friends and enjoy living active, sociable lives.

With the help of UK Sport, upmysport are recruiting Britain's top athletes from across the country to put on some truly inspiring sessions for free. The athletes are inviting school groups and youth organisations to come and visit their exclusive training venues and spend a few hours having fun and getting active with a truly inspiring athlete.

The list of World-class athletes is set to include: Lizzy Yarnold (Olympic gold medallist, Skeleton), David Murdoch (Olympic silver medallist, Curling) and the GB Boxing team (previous gold medallists include Anthony Joshua & Nicola Adams). More athletes to be announced soon!

Grab the chance for your pupils to get active with some of the best Olympians in the country. Register your interest on the website below and soon you'll be able to pick a training session with a top GB Athlete at your school.
